Neighborhood Empowerment

Five Points Youth Foundation’s Neighborhood Empowerment + Economic Development Program promote the standard of living and economic health of South LA. We target specific initiatives, such as the development of human capital, critical infrastructure, regional competitiveness, environmental sustainability, social inclusion, health, safety, literacy, and other initiatives.

Urban Youth Entrepreneurship

The Urban Youth Entrepreneurship Program is helping students explore their interest in pursuing a career in business and learn more about life. Our mission is to provide opportunity for students in poverty stricken communities and develop ethical leaders for a global society. 

Civic Engagement

Our civic engagement programs allow participants a means of working together to make a difference in the civic life of our communities, while developing skills, knowledge, values, and motivation in order to make that difference.

We strive to promote the a quality of life in our community, through both political and non-political processes. FPYF champions 100% voter registration and education outreach.

Social Entrepreneurship

Our Social Entrepreneurship Program inspire individuals to pursue innovative solutions to create and sustain social value. We relentlessly pursue opportunities to serve this mission, while continuously adapting and learning. We draw upon appropriate thinking in both the business and nonprofit worlds and operate in all kinds of organizations: large and small; new and old; religious and secular; nonprofit, for-profit, and hybrid, locally, nationally and globally.
